Staff and students from Tong High School were thrilled and delighted to meet Lord Seb’ Coe, during his recent visit to Bradford at Cartwright Hall on Tuesday 15th June.
The Tong School students were able to showcase the fantastic work that has been completed in tutor groups over the past few weeks.
The superb Tong School pupil representatives were able to demonstrate their knowledge and enthusiasm for the London 2012 Games and the Get Set initiative, during an informal conversation with Lord Coe.
He was clearly very impressed with what our pupils had to say.
The pupils were an absolute credit to the school and reported feeling extremely proud to have met such an inspirational figure.
