Department vision and ethos
To provide opportunities for all students to develop their ICT skills and allow access to ICT based information systems.
Department Priorities
- Ensure that the requirements of the National Curriculum are met at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Build upon the assessment for learning and tracking strategies for students which are already in place in KS4 & 5 into KS3.
- Promote the use of the VLE across curriculum areas.
- Develop the use of ICT based learning initiatives across the curriculum.
